What’s inside the SmartSkim® Crossflow

• Inside SmartSkim® is an all stainless steel, removable plate pack. No moving parts. Separation occurs by gravity only.
   
  
• This image shows plate pack from end view. Skimmed fluids are pumped through plate pack.
   
  
• Oil and solids are rapidly captured on the separation plates. Angled plates move contaminants to capture zones inside separator.
   
  
• Clean, treated fluids gravity drain back to washer. Captured ’dry’ oil is automatically discharged from the separator. Angled bottom tank collects captured solids which are easily drained when necessary.
