- Oil is quickly removed from the flow and captured by the non clog plate pack inside the separator. Clean fluids continuously return to washer by gravity.
- Captured oil is held inside the separator. This allows the oil to rise above the water line causing it to dewater or dry out, before automatically discharging from the separator by gravity .
- Captured oil can be recycled on site by 3rd parties, resold, or sent to central treatment. Water content in captured oil is typically about 1%
