- Our SmartSkim® V1 Vertical System is typically used on small tanks with light oil loading.
- This unit can also replace some inefficient, water wasting tank overflow systems. Our SmartSkim® Suction Skimmer can be used to replace the overflow weir. Oils in the skimmed fluids are then concentrated in the V1 and sent continuously to central treatment. This greatly reduces the amount of water or source fluids lost from your tanks.
- For tanks with very light oil loading the V1 System can serve as an oil trap. the Suction Skimmer can remove floating oils continuously which are then trapped inside the V1 Separator. Captured oils trapped in the separator can be purged manually or automatically on demand.
- The SmartSkim® V1 can be mounted directly on your tanks or deployed as a mobile unit.
