Simply wipe clean our high capacity separators. A fully contaminated core can be cleaned in under 1 minute leaving you with only metallic particles, which can easily be disposed of.
The magnetic separator to the left was installed on a broaching line after a 5 micron filter. Note the volume of small damaging fines removed in 1 day.
There is no other way we know to safely remove particles this small from coolants. You cant filter coolants across a barrier type filter such as a bag or a cartridge much below 5 or 10 micron because these barrier type filters begin to strip out the coolants chemical components.
However, magnetics can remove the smallest fines to sub micron levels without affecting coolant chemistry in any way.
