Looking into a working CoolantLoop™ recycler. Dirty coolant side at bottom is continusously skimmed. Contaminants are trapped in the separator at the top. Clean, recycled coolants are continuously returned to the clean side of the recycler and ready for refilling sumps as needed.


The design of the SmartSkim® CoolantLoop™ incorporates free, multistep gravity aeration weirs. These overflow weirs create a thin film of coolants which are gently oxygenated as they continuously circulate through the CoolantLoop™ System. This exposure to the air controls anaerobic bacteria without using hazardous biocides or any consumables. Anaerobic bacteria cause coolant fouling, the rotten egg smell and other potential health problems.
