The CoolantLoop™ from SmartSkim is designed to make coolant recycling easy and successful from day one. Our goal is to deliver high efficiency and low maintenance.
It's a topped off batch recycling/filtration system. You can set up
a regular schedule to evacuate the coolant from each machine and clean
it up. The CoolantLoop is a turnkey system that will recycle your coolants
and give you a central point in your facility for all your coolant maintenance.
The coolant is processed continuously to remove the contaminants that
cause the
coolant to go bad and/or lose it's performance efficiency. The CoolantLoop
removes the tramp oils (both free floating and mechanically dispersed),
chips, small fines to 1 - 10 microns, controls bacteria in the system,
and then mixes in the recycled coolant with new make up automatically
so it maintains fluid level and proper fluid concentration so the shop
floor never
runs low on clean fluid. The system is very flexible and will provide
your company with many years of cost saving benefits.
If you are looking for ways to reduce your labor and minimize the handling of coolant, the CoolantLoop can be supplied with a system to pump clean coolant under pressure through supply lines directly to the machines or to several drops with hose reel assemblies for easy access.
Who Should Recycle? – Any metal working facility with machines that have individual stand alone coolant sumps.
