- These are before and after shots taken of a Magnom™ working on the clean discharge side of a 5 micron bag filter.
- This application was recycling machine coolants.
- The top photo shows the magnom™ after having recycled 2,500 gallons of coolant.
- Remember, this is AFTER a 5 micron filter. All these contaminants are sized 0 to 5 micron. There is no other way to remove these contaminants. If you filter machine coolants below 5 micron you strip out the component chemistries. This is a safe, yet extremely effective method of removing fine contaminants that have a damaging effect on your industrial processes.
- The bottom photo shows the same Magnom™ core cleaned. Cleaning took about 2 minutes and it’s ready to go right back into service. Sub 5 micron filtration with no consumables!
