This automatic sampler is easy-to-clean and compact enough to fit within a process line with a tri-clamp mount. This ensures that your sample is not only representative of the entire batch but also protected from external influence.

The MSC sampler is designed to capture a 14 cc sample each cycle, making it adaptable to many sampling requirements.
Includes a wide-mouth mount capable of attaching a variety of labware plastic bottles.
A variety of customizations are available from port closures, line adapters, different containers, and more.

Temperature

ISOLOK MSC ambient operating temperature -5˚ to 131˚F (-20˚ to 55˚C), depending on the seal material.
The sample material temperature can be -40˚ to 500˚F (-40˚ to 260˚C), depending on seal material and duty cycle.

Pressure

The MSC sampler can handle up to 150 PSI (10.3 bar) process pressure.

However, it is recommended to clean your equipment every 6 months and review cycle counts to determine the average change time of seals. You should also document every failure for a more robust maintenance schedule.

Serial numbers can be found stamped on the product itself, on an adhesive nameplate or on a stainless steel tag.
